Hello everyone - it's Helen here with some inspiration for you using a cute digi stamp.

I've used one of the images from the 'Snow Critters' digi stamp set which you can find here on the website.

I've used the reindeer image from the set, coloured with Promarkers and then layered on to some snowy paper.

Don't forget to enter our challenge here - the theme is the same as this month's theme for the DT - 'winter critters'.

Snow One Like You

Welcome! Today I am making a card featuring Sunsational Stamps Arctic Cuties.  I love the little penguins and wanted to make a slider card and have my little male penguin sliding down to be next to his love. ❤

I printed the images onto white card stock, colored them in with alcohol markers and fussy cut them out. For the snow banks and background I die cut the Little Town border twice, one on white card stock and one that I had sponged with Distress Oxide ink in Wilted Violet, then I trimmed the houses off the white one so I could use the lower portion as the snow-covered hill they reside on.  I cut another hill with a second landscape die  from Lawn Fawn.  I die cut the slider piece in the bottom snow bank piece using Elizabeth Craft Designs Sliders and Spinners die set.  I attached the boy penguin using two pennies and foam dots to assemble the slider mechanism.  This panel was popped up on the top snow hill using a double layer of foam tape.
I used a light blue Bazzill textured card stock for the sky panel.  I added snow using my Nuvo Crystal Drops in Simply White.

Sending you a latte love

Hey there, today I'm using 2 stamp sets in this card.
I printed the logs paper and cut it using my birch trees die cut, super happy with the way it looks.  Isn't is awesome when your vision works like you want it to?
I let my Cameo cut out the bear and the latte.  I cut his arms myself so he can hold the latte.

Warm Winter Wishes

Howdy-Hoot!  Well today’s project began as one idea and ended slightly different.  You would never know if I didn’t tell you…but I am going to let you in on a little secret…I made an oopsie.  There is a mantra that most paper crafters live by and that is “There are NO mistakes in paper crafting, just opportunities to embellish” or in this case alter the image.  ðŸ˜‰

This is the end result, and I am happy with it, however, it was supposed to have two adorable owls on it.  But low and behold if I didn’t stamp the sentiment too high.  UGH!  I have ten thousand more things to make between now and yesterday so the idea of making another background was stressing me out, sooo….I cut one of the owls off and there you have it, one owl wishing you warm winter wishes instead of two.
Original Image with both owls

I colored the image with colored pencils and blended it with Gamsol.  The image Owl Always Need You is from the Sunsational Stamps Shop.  Aren’t they adorable?!

The background was made by sponging layer upon layer of Distress inks.  I layered Tumbled Glass all over the cardstock then I added Peacock Feathers to part of it.  I flicked some water on top and dabbed dry with a paper towel, to create the snowy bokeh look.  Finally, I stamped the sentiment which is from Close To My Heart’Frosted set.  And as you see from the picture, the sentiment was a bit too high to accommodate both the owls…sigh…
